Alchemy Coffee Co. is a small mobile coffee business. This page explains what we collect and why. It is written to be read, not to protect us.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry form we receive the event date, event type, guest count, location, and your name, email, phone number, and any notes you add. We collect this only to respond to your inquiry and plan your event.

If you join our email list we store your email address with our email provider so we can send the monthly note. You can unsubscribe from any email.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't run advertising trackers or share your details with data brokers. We don't send inquiry data anywhere except the tools we use to read email and reply to you.

Service providers

Inquiry forms are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, which processes the submission and forwards it to our inbox. The site itself is static and hosted on a standard web host that keeps ordinary access logs. Our email list is managed by our newsletter provider. Each of these processes data on our behalf.

Your choices

Email us at hello@alchemycoffee.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll do it.
