Our mission
The lifeline of our happiness and energy is rooted in health and daily lifestyle habits. Each adjustment in lifestyle delivers newfound energy and a sense of fulfillment that enables us to properly experience the world. In a world of fast food, chemical additives, and hustle and bustle, we have to slow down. It starts with our mornings; it starts with our coffee. We source all-natural ingredients that are meant for the body, and by doing so, we've crafted a coffee with all the benefits, all the nutrients, and a taste that's amazing.
Nicholas Jones
I want everyone to experience the goodness of life that comes from choosing healthy options and taking a holistic outlook on their wellbeing.
Coffee means something different to everyone: lattes, drip coffee, espressos, iced, hot. But whatever your coffee order is, I wanted to create something simple: fresh specialty coffee, farm-fresh traditional milk, and, for those who love a little sweetness, honey. Honey is nature's gift, so why not infuse it with natural flavors to create a delicious and healthy way to start the day?
Energy, euphoria, and fulfillment. Although Alchemy Coffee isn't the antidote to systemic problems, health and wellness start one step at a time, little by little, and we invite you to join us on this journey.

Story
In June 2026 I spent a week at Espresso Academy in Florence, training for my Specialty Coffee Association certification. The days covered brewing, green coffee, roasting, and café management, and I came home with the SCA's Barista Skills certificate at the intermediate level.
The technical training is what I went for. What I actually brought back was the ethos. Italian coffee culture is built on simplicity, hospitality, and slowing down long enough to enjoy something small — the same slow food culture I found everywhere in Italy.
That's what I'm trying to hand across the counter.

The plan that won the New York State Business Plan Competition (Round 1, Food & AgTech) is the plan we're running — provenance as the operating rule, from the honey farmer in Saratoga County to the Colombian lot with documented drying practices.
